Ordering, Shipping, and Delivery Information
1. Orders are shipped fully insured via United Parcel Service (UPS) or United States Postal Service (USPS). A street address is required for shipping UPS. USPS must have either your street address or your Post Office Box number, which ever you use to receive your regular mail. We will try to ship via the least expensive unless you specify the shipper whom you prefer. Actual shipping costs will be will be calculated at the time of shipment. Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped together. Shipments to Alaska, Canada and other countries are sent via UPS Air and actual freight charges will be billed for the shipment. Orders are shipped within 2 to 3 days after order has been received.
2. Methods of payment include Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Checks, and Money Orders. Please do not send cash. If you feel uncomfortable about using the internet for submitting your credit card information, you may either call it in to us or fax it to us at (906) 224-0046. Please remember to include your full number, type of card you are using, expiration date, name on the card and the 3 digit security code on the back. Our fax machine is in a secure place and not available to employees.
3. Shipping and insurance will be added to your order. Shipping is approximate.
Return Procedure
Any merchandise found to be unsatisfactory for any reason may be returned for a refund or exchange. Call our Customer Service between 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST to obtain a Return Authorization Number or email us and we will send one to you. All returned goods must be shipped and insured in the original packaging. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If your order is damaged, please hold the merchandise and contact us immediately. A representative from United Parcel Service will be contacted.
